
Performance Evaluations
The crewmember performance and evaluation must be done in the end of the probationary period, which is sixty days (60) every three months, and when the crewmember signs off.
The performance evaluations must be signed by the Crewmember, the immediate supervisor and send to the F& Manager for approval.
A copy of the sign off evaluations must be sent to the personal department ashore for future references for employment.
