Staff Promotions
Company’s policy is to promote from within whenever possible. Any promotions within the F&B department must be discussed with the F&B Manager. Any promotions in the Hotelt must be done in righting, signed by the department head and the Hotel Manager or the F&B Manager and copied to the Crew Purser to update the crew list and salary adjustment. Finally is the confirmation from the Operations Mgr. ashore requested. Other job opportunities will be posted on the crew bulletin board as they become available, and applications will be accepted on board with the approval off the respective department heads.
