Salary Scale

The crewmember is employed for a specific monthly pay that is competitive with the Cruise Industry standards and appropriate for the position with the qualifications and skills of each crewmember.

The crewmember will be paid in U.S. dollars or in € latest on the 15^th of the following month.

The first pay period starts on the sign on day (or on the day when the direct journey to the vessel starts).

The last pay period ends on the sign off day (or on the day when the direct journey from the vessel to your home ends).

Any taxes that the crewmember is obliged to pay the government of their home country are the crewmember’s responsibility. The company does not withhold taxes. It is the company’s policy to promote from within.

Most Cruise Lines Suggest passengers to tip specific amounts.
