1.)      The current ITF Collective Agreement shall be considered to be incorporated into and form part of this Contract.

Die momentan aktuelle ITF Abmachung wird mit diesem Vertrag beruecksichtigt und eingebunden.

2.)      The Ship’s Articles shall be deemed for all purposes to include the terms of this Contract ( including the ITF Collective

Agreement ) and it shall be the duty of  the Employer  to ensure that the ship reflect these terms. These terms shall take

precedence over all other terms.

Die Schiffsartikel sollen den Zweck haben, die Punkte in den Vertrages zu inkludieren (inclusive der ITF Abmachungen) und es sollte die Arbeit des Arbeitgebers sein, zu sichern, dass diese Punkte auch eingehalten werden.

3.)      The ITF may vary the terms and conditions of the ITF Collective Agreement from time to time. Terms  and conditions

as so varied form part of this Contract with effect from the date of the variation in place of the terms and conditions preceding  the variation.

Die ITF Punkte und Abmachungen variieren von Zeit zu Zeit. Verschiedene Punkte und Abmachungen wie sie als Formteil in diesen Vertrag stehen, sind effektiv vom Datum der vorhergehenden Abweichung.

4.)      For  the restaurant and the cabin staff total monthly wages are indicated excluding tips and extras.

Fuer die Restaurant und Kabinencrew wird der Monatsgehalt ohne Trinkgelder und Extras angegeben.

5.)      Total monthly wages included leave and at least 103 hours overtime, 72 of which-work on Sat/Sun & Public Holidays

and 31- hours overtime payable.

Der totale monatliche Gehalt inkludiert das Urlaubsgeld plus 103 Ueberstunden, 72 Stunden fallen auf Wochenenden und Feiertage, 31    Ueberstunden sind zahlbar.
